| Austrian gendarmarie visor cap (summer) This is the summer issue cap for the Austrian Gendarmarie. The Austrian police force has two divisions, the Bundespolizei (federal police in cities) and the Bundesgendarmarie (federal police everywhere else). Gendarmarie caps, like this, can be identified by the "flaming grenade" badge just over the wearer's left side button. Many thanks to Wolfgang in Salzburg for helping me identify this great cap!
