Soviet Union   Soviet Armored Corps officer’s parade hat Another Army parade cap, but with the black velvet band used exclusively by the Armored Corps—without question the nicest-looking of all the various parade caps. Similar caps are also used by other units whose uniforms feature a black arm patch, though with a plain felt band. Found this one at a Copenhagen flea market for 10 bucks—which is pretty cheap by anybody’s standards these days.
