| Soviet Air Force officer’s parade visor cap The larger wreath and the blue color indicates that cap is for formal parade use. Picked this up in Prague several years ago. Actually, the first time I saw one of these, it was on the head of a drunk staggering down Broadway in New York City—a very odd sight indeed. |
