| United States Army field-grade officer’s dress cap I’m embarassed to say that I cannot remember what branch of service this color combination represents. It looks like the signal corps, but isn’t really orange enough. At any rate, it’s a beautiful cap with a lovely matte-finish gold-plated badge and matching buttons. Sorry I don’t have a good story to go with it—I got it in a trade from my hat-collecting buddy Commander Al in Pensacola, Florida. Many thanks, Al! |
