Kuwait   Kuwaiti headdress My father and mother were frequent visitors to Kuwait during the mid-eighties where my father advised the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education on how to improve their medical school. He was presented with this headdress by one of the Kuwaiti officials in 1985.
