Poland   Polish boy scout’s cap Well, this has got to be one of the odder items in my collection, a terrific contribution from my pal Hans-Peter in Stuttgart. Based roughly on the chapka style seen in traditional army caps, clearly the Communist-era boy scouts were more military in their orientation than scouts in Western countries. My guess is that this cap is from the mid-80s.
